Religious Education/CCD

Classes are held in the church hall for all students in Preschool through 8th grade on Sunday mornings at 8:30AM. Students then attend the 9:30AM Mass. Second grade prepares for First Reconciliation / First Holy Communion and Eighth grade prepares for Confirmation.

Our teachers and aides make learning the Catholic faith interesting and fun. We even have special Sundays with crafts, activities, music and games!

There are NO FEES to register thanks to the generosity of our parishioners. All textbooks, workbooks, supplies and more are paid for by the parish.

Adult Faith Formation

FALL AND LENTEN BOOK DISCUSSION GROUPS

Groups meet for four weeks in the fall and during Lent to pray and discuss a particular book. In the past, groups have read Resisting Happiness, Rediscover Jesus, Perfectly Yourself, No Greater Love: A Biblical Walk Through Christ’s Passion, and You’re Amazing.

During Lent 2019, 65 parishioners participated in our Lenten discussion groups. A follow-up dinner with all participants is held in the spring every year.

LENTEN RETREAT

Our Parish sponsors a retreat every year held during Lent. The day consists of interactive presentations, lunch, Eucharistic Adoration and Mass. Bernadette Rudolph facilitated the retreat in 2017 and 2018. Sister Mindy Welding, IHM facilitated the retreat in 2019 and 2021.
