T-SHIRTS

All parishioners, club members and Bazaar volunteers are encouraged to get an Exaltation "We Accomplish Great Things Together" T-Shirt. These will be worn at the Bazaar and other parish events throughout the year. The first TSHIRT per person is FREE. Additional T-shirts are $20.

All orders must be made by SUNDAY, JUNE 22. We are NOT ordering extra T-shirts this year and no orders will be accepted after the due date because of the quick printing window with the Tshirt company.

Tshirts can be picked up before/after weekend Masses on Saturday, July 12 and Sunday, July 13.

BAKE SALE

  • Homemade baked goods are needed for all 3 nights of the Bazaar.

  • Drop-off items on Thursday, July 17 on the Bazaar grounds between 6-8PM.

  • Items can also be brought one hour before the Bazaar opens each night.

THEME BASKETS

  • Assembled baskets are needed and/or items to make up a basket.

  • For the 2024 Bazaar, we had 190 baskets.

  • Baskets and items can be dropped off at the parish office.

WAGON OF CHEER

  • Items can be dropped off in the parish office or brought to the Bazaar grounds during setup (July 14-17).


GAME STANDS

  • Scratch off lottery tickets are needed for the Lottery Frame Stand.

  • Gift cards are need for the Gas & Grocery Stand.

    • Items can be placed in the collection basket or put in the rectory mail slot.
